I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and they did get back to me eventually. I mean, it wasn’t awful or anything, but it took longer than I expected. Also, the answers were kind of basic, like they helped a bit but didn’t really go into much detail. The order issue got handled, so that’s good, but yeah, the support experience could definitely be better.

I mean... for the price, I’m happy with it. The prints are cheap, delivery was fair, and the quality was better than I expected

I’ve used Freeprints a handful of times now, my gut feeling is that it’s a decent app. The photos have usually turned out nice, and it’s really convenient being able to choose pictures right from my phone without much hassle.

The only thing that gives me pause is the pricing. It feels like you don’t really know what you’re paying until you get closer to checkout, and the shipping or little extras can add up quicker than I expected. I don’t think it’s a bad service at all, I just wish the final cost was clearer from the start

Paying was easy, no hassle or anything. I didn’t see any weird extra charges pop up, which was nice because sometimes... yeah. It just went through quickly and that was it.

My order did eventually arrive, but the delivery was much slower than I expected. I waited longer than the estimated timeframe, and after not getting much clarity at first, I had to escalate the issue to customer support to get an update. It was a bit frustrating, though I’m glad it finally showed up

They had prints, books, magnets, cards, pretty much everything I needed. I was a little confused at first because there was so much to choose from, but in a good way.

There weren’t any weird extra charges at the end, I really appreciated that. Payment took maybe a minute, the confirmation email showed up right away, and overall it was simple and painless.

A few of my prints showed up bent, which was a bit annoying because I’d already cleared space to hang them up, then got distracted reorganizing a whole shelf, as you do. I reached out about either a refund or a replacement, and to be fair, they did take care of it in the end and sent new ones. It just took a couple back-and-forth messages and longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience or anything, just a little less smooth than I hoped. I’d probably order again, but fingers crossed I don’t have to deal with support next time.

I’ve used the app quite a few times now and... it’s been really reliable. It hasn’t crashed on me, my photos upload without any issues, and placing orders is easy.

I ordered a few prints and then did the usual thing where I kept checking the tracking, expecting it to be vague or slow to update. But it was really easy to follow from the start. I got a notification when it shipped, could see where it was along the way, and it showed up pretty much exactly when they said it would. No wondering where it had gone or needing to chase anyone up, which was such a relief. The whole thing was simple and stress-free, and I was really happy with the experience

The photos come fast, which was nice, but the print quality was just kind of average. A few of them looked a little dull and wasn’t as sharp as I was hoping. They’re still fine for casual pictures, just not something I’d call amazing

When they arrived a few days later, I was really happy to see the colors looked spot on. Nothing came out too dark or strange. I’m really pleased with the prints and I’ll definitely order again next time.

I thought my photos were going to get cut off somewhere, because that kind of thing always seems to happen with print apps. But the cropping tool was easy enough to figure out, and I could actually move things around and see what would fit before I ordered. The prints showed up looking like I expected, with no missing heads or awkwardly cut edges. Simple app, but it did what it was supposed to do

I mean, the app does what I need it to do most of the time, so I can’t really complain too much, but picking photos can feel kind of slow and oddly confusing sometimes. Like I’ll be tapping around trying to find the right ones and the layout just doesn’t always feel super clear. Checkout is easy though, no real issues there, which is nice. I just wish the whole thing was a bit cleaner and didn’t lag here and there...

I was actually happy with how my Freeprints order showed up. The photos came in a sturdy cardboard mailer, not one of those flimsy envelopes where you’re already kind of worried before you even open it.
No bent corners, no weird marks, nothing like that. Everything stayed flat too, which surprised me a bit because my mail sometimes gets handled… not gently, let’s say. The packaging was simple, but it worked.
For a free prints app, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, so yeah, this was a nice little surprise. I’ll definitely order again.

I do like that the promos on FreePrints are easy to understand. They spell out what’s included and what you still have to pay for, like delivery, so I wasn’t left guessing. I do wish the delivery cost felt a little more upfront sometimes, since that’s the part you still have to factor in. But overall, I used an offer and it worked just fine. The app is simple, clear, and didn’t come with any weird confusion.
